Support
A calm daily planner for iPhone. If something isn’t working, or you just want to ask, write to me — it’s a small app and I read everything.

Please say which iPhone and which iOS version you’re on. If it’s about something that went wrong on a particular day, roughly when it happened helps a lot.
Common questions
Where is the subscription?
Settings → Ease Plus. That’s the only place it lives. You can also reach it from anywhere a Plus feature is offered.
I already paid, but Ease isn’t unlocked
Settings → Ease Plus → Restore purchases. Make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple Account you bought it with — subscriptions belong to the Apple Account, not the device.
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by Ease. On your iPhone: Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → Ease. Cancelling there stops the renewal; you keep Plus until the period you’ve already paid for ends. Ease can’t cancel, refund or change a subscription on your behalf — refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
What’s actually behind Plus?
The AI co-planner, repeating tasks, and most of the ambient sound library. Without Plus you can try the co-planner once, for about 30 messages; Plus gives you about 120 a day. The planning loop itself — the timeline, the focus timer, the evening check-in, the insights — is free, and stays free.
I shared Ease and was promised a free month
The free month is granted once per Apple Account, and it needs iCloud switched on for Ease so it can remember that across your devices. If it didn’t arrive, check Settings app → your name → iCloud and make sure Ease is allowed to use iCloud.
Does Ease work without a connection?
Yes. Everything is stored on your device and the whole app works offline. The one exception is the Plan screen, which asks a server to sort a spoken day into tasks — and when it can’t reach it, Ease falls back to understanding you on the device instead. You’ll notice slightly plainer parsing, nothing more.
Notifications aren’t arriving
Check Settings app → Notifications → Ease is allowed, then Ease → Settings to confirm the reminders you want are switched on. Focus modes and Scheduled Summary on iPhone can also hold notifications back.
Can I get my data out, or delete it?
Yes, both, in Ease → Settings. Export my data writes your tasks and check-ins to a file you choose where to put. Erase all data permanently removes every task and check-in on the device — your settings are kept. Deleting the app removes everything it stored, settings included.
Why does Ease ask for the microphone or calendar?
Only when you use the feature that needs it. The microphone is for speaking a task instead of typing it; the calendar is read-only, so your existing events show on the timeline as fixed blocks. Ease never writes to your calendar. Both are optional — decline either and the rest of the app is unaffected.
Privacy
Ease collects nothing about you and has no accounts. The full detail, including the one thing that does leave your device, is in the privacy policy.
